All expenses shall be paid by the Service Provider. All expenses shall be paid by the Service Receiver. The following expenses will be covered by Service Provider Service Receiver :

	Non Disclosure for Months Years
A Non Disclosure Clause prohibits the Service Provider from revealing any of Recipient's trade secrets, including the customer identification, or the contents of Recipient's files, patents, or formulas.
	Non Competition for Months Years
A Non-Competition Clause prohibits the Service Provider from engaging in any form of competition with Recipient for the duration of the Agreement.
	Non Solicitation for Months Years
A Non-Solicitation Clause seeks to prevent the Service Provider from enticing Recipient's employees who possess confidential knowledge to work at competing businesses.
