If there are more than one landlord with a different address, you may choose to add a second landlord and specify their details. If there are two landlords with the same address, you may include both names in the name area.
Not all landlords wish to include all of the tenants in the agreement. If the tenants currently share the same address, you may enter all of their names in the "Full Name" area.
The term "Rental Agreement" is used to describe an agreement that is automatically renewed until further notice by the one of the parties. A "Lease Agreement", however, gives the tenant the right to occupy a rental unit for a set term (predefined length), typically six months or longer.
Lead Paint Warning Disclosure
Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not taken care of properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Landlord must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards in the residential dwelling. Tenants should also receive a federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.
